Vista Way is a four-suite retail property at the corner of South Oceanside's main entry from Interstate 5, one block off Coast Highway 101 and surrounded by the neighborhood's most recent commercial development. JLH sourced the deal off market, directly with the sellers, closing in January 2026.

Since closing, JLH has successfully executed new leases with two existing tenants at market rent, including an expansion into a third suite, and has signed a lease with a new tenant on the fourth suite, which is expected to open in spring 2027.
