  • Jen Holm MANAGING PARTNER at JLH Capital

    Jen Holm

    MANAGING PARTNER

    Jen founded JLH Capital as an investment vehicle in 2016 and began the General Partnership in 2022. Jen was formerly the Head of Acquisitions for HP Investors, a San Diego based real estate investment firm. Prior to joining HP Investors, Jen was a Principal at Pontus Capital and ran the firm’s capital markets efforts, including equity and debt capital raising initiatives, as well as contributing to the sourcing and underwriting of investments. Jen has managed over $250 million in commercial real estate acquisitions since 2016.

    Before moving back to California, Jen was Deputy Head of Credit Sales for Société Générale in NYC, where she managed a team of eleven institutional fixed income salespeople focused on the placement of public and private corporate debt. Jen began her career at Credit Suisse in the Global Credit Products and Real Estate Finance and Securitization groups. Jen holds a BBA, with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a MBA from the University of Minnesota. Jen is a member of the Real Estate Committee at the Burnham Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego.

  • James Bolt, PRINCIPAL at JLH Capital

    James Bolt

    PRINCIPAL

    James leads asset management at JLH Capital and is responsible for business plan execution including all leasing transactions, pre-development and construction activities.

    James has over twenty years of experience executing institutional real estate asset management. During his time in New York City, James served as Senior Vice President at LXP, a national REIT, and later as Vice President of Asset Management at Treeview Realty Advisors, a private asset management and direct investment syndicate company.  James left New York for Southern California in 2016 to take the role as Head of Asset Management at HP Investors where he served from 2017 – 2024.  

    Mr. Bolt holds a BS in Economics from Hope College in Holland, MI.

  • Valerie Pratt, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT at JLH Capital

    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

    Valerie is an Executive Assistant providing administrative and property management support for the JLH team. She holds a BS in Recreation Administration from California State University and brings nine years of experience in real estate management and over a decade in hospitality and customer service, offering a dynamic perspective to her role. Known for her organizational skills and ability to streamline operations, Valerie assists with project execution, property accounting, and provides essential support to the team.

    Originally from California's Central Coast, Valerie has called San Diego home for the past three years.

  • Ben Boss, ANALYST at JLH Capital

    Ben Boss

    ANALYST

    Ben Boss is an Analyst at JLH Capital, where he supports the acquisitions team and market research initiatives. Ben is a student at the University of San Diego majoring in Real Estate and Finance with a minor in Accounting and an expected graduation in May 2027. Born in France and raised in Washington state, he competed in wrestling throughout school and is now an avid trail runner.

    PROPERTY MANAGER

    Alicia Galieni is a Property Manager at JLH Capital, supporting day-to-day property operations across the company’s real estate portfolio. Her responsibilities include coordinating vendors and contractors, managing reservations, and maintaining clear and efficient communication with tenants to ensure smooth operations and consistent service standards.

    She brings international experience in property management, having worked with residential properties in Argentina and London. This background has strengthened her ability to adapt to different markets, manage operational details effectively, and support positive tenant relationships.

    Alicia’s practical, hands-on approach contributes to JLH Capital’s commitment to efficient property management and reliable tenant support.

  • Sheryl Juan, PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT at JLH Capital

    Sheryl Juan

    PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

    Sheryl Juan is a Property Accountant at JLH Capital, supporting the financial operations of the company's real estate portfolio. Her responsibilities include managing property financial reporting, preparing and reconciling monthly financial statements, processing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate accounting records to support efficient portfolio management.

    She brings international experience in real estate and property operations, having worked with commercial properties in Australia and New York. This background has strengthened her understanding of property management processes, financial coordination, and the importance of delivering accurate, timely financial reporting to support operational and investment decisions.
