Eucalyptus Grove is an eight-suite retail center on nearly eight-tenths of an acre fronting Coast Highway 101, four blocks from the ocean in South Oceanside. JLH acquired the property in March 2025 all existing tenants on short term leases, well below market rent.

JLH will execute an extensive exterior renovation in 2026, including new roof, site work to reconfigure the parking lot and make the site ADA compliant, new patios added along Highway 101 and between the buildings, new tenant and pylon signage, refreshed landscaping and façade changes.   Our plans include re-merchandising the retail center with new tenants and, as of August 2026, new leases have been signed on all but two suites.
