JLH HQ will be the firms new headquarters, three blocks from the Pacific on Coast Highway 101 in Leucadia. JLH acquired the 1,788 square foot building in early 2025 and reimagined it as a two-tenant property: a prime retail or restaurant space fronting Highway 101 on the ground floor, and JLH Capital's office upstairs..

Currently in the Coastal Development Permit Process (CDP) with the city of Encinitas, JLH anticipates renovations to be completed in 2027, and we are actively leasing the retail portion of the site.

The property sits midway between two approved projects that will add 141 residential units, 30 hotel rooms and roughly 68,000 square feet of commercial space, and squarely inside the Leucadia Streetscape plan. Choosing this building as our own headquarters is the clearest statement we can make about where we believe this corridor is going.
